Return & Exchange Policy

-Popbirdy does not accept return for products purchased.

- Customers can exchange products at the same or higher price within 07 days. Customers will pay the change of ship fee.

- The exchanged product must be unused, with tag and payment receipt intact.

- Customers who buy at the store please check the product before buying, with the online product has been checked by staff before shipping.

- For defective products due to production, Popbirdy will exchange the product for customer free of charge.

- Popbirdy does not accept return or exchange for SALE products.
